Processing the Milk

Arethusa Farm Dairy milk is processed locally within 24 hours to preserve the high quality and taste.

Part 6 - Pasteurization & Bottling Pasteurization & Bottling Process Arethusa Farm Dairy uses a vat pasteurization process with lower temperatures (145 -155 degrees) over a longer time period (30 minutes).  The milk is then quickly cooled (39 degrees) yielding a premium-quality, farm-fresh taste
